JALALABAD, Afghanistan, April 20 (Xinhua) -- Five civilians were killed and nine others injured as a roadside bomb planted by militants struck a vehicle in Haska Mina district of eastern Nangarhar province on Friday, spokesman for provincial government Attaullah Khogiani said.
